BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO:

TERMS OF SERVICE

Commissioning Process and expectations:

• Invoice will be sent once commission is approved, and payment is only in US dollars via PayPal Invoice through the email provided.• Invoices must be paid within 48 hours after receiving, if it is not paid in this time frame, you will forfeit your slot.• Payment is expected to be paid in full before any artwork is started.• The commissioner is expected to provide clear references and a detailed description of what they'd like. If the description is too brief or contradicts your reference photos, it will be left up to artistic freedom.• Commissions have the possibility of being denied upon request if they do not follow TOS.• Commissions will be delivered in a timely manner once sketch is delivered to you (does not apply for reference sheet and work load may make this time fluctuate). You will receive a total of 3 progress photos (1 sketch, 1 line-art, and 1 flat color. This does not apply if edits are needed).• Any requested edits will be free during the sketch period before it is ready for line-work. Once sketch is approved by commissioner (unless I, as the artist, have made any personal mistakes) extra charges will incur.• No harassment type behavior will not be tolerated (I will cancel your commission if you are warned and do not stop; refunds will not be given). Please keep things professional and friendly. I am a human, too.• By commissioning me, you agree that all finished pieces can be used for self-promotion (such as posting on social media).• Clients are NOT allowed to use artwork for AI or NFT purposes. You will risk being permanently black listed from commissioning.

Final works will only be sent via email to ensure quality.

• Simple ($120) — Name plate, full body front only, simple back view (half-body not including head), standard pose, flat colored, color palette.
• Standard ($200) — Name plate, full body front and back, standard pose, flat colored, color palette, eye closeups (L/R), paw pad closeups.• Advanced ($300) —
Cell Shading, Front & back cell shaded simple pose, side-profile headshot, paw pad view, chibi front & back (unshaded for pattern clarity), color palette, character nameplate, eye close-ups (L/R shaded), tail front & back, accessories section, and other essential details.
